IN-PERSON CLASSES
1 Hour Early Morning Workout Class
Feel the Burn and get the workout in with a different class each week:
- Circuit Training
– Calisthenics body weight and weighted exercise stations in multiple rounds.
- Glute and Abs Camp
– Lose the gut and build your Butt.
- Zumba – Dance fitness cardio style workout.
FITNESS PARTIES
Join us at the Party! Try out our top-notch workout classes by some of the best fitness instructors in the DMV.
There will be at least 4 different Fitness class sessions like MixFit, Step aerobics, HIIT & Core, Bounce, Yoga, Zumba, Glute Camp and more. Multiple different Vendors, Free Healthy Snacks, Live Band, Discussion Panel on health & Wellness, charity and organization donations, raffles, and Back to school drives.
